COSCO Riverside Twin Bays Phase I is one of Shanghai’s large-scale residential development projects. Covering a total area of approximately 49.5 hectares, the project occupies an area larger than the Vatican City.
Construction commenced in 1999 and was completed in 2006, with a total gross floor area of approximately 1.53–1.60 million square meters.
The development features a 60,000-square-meter central circular island park, a 15,000-square-meter themed plaza, and approximately 20,000 square meters of Jiangnan-style landscaped gardens, creating a high-quality living environment integrating architecture, nature, and community spaces.
With convenient transportation access, the community is served by 14 bus routes and three metro lines, providing excellent connectivity. The project accommodates approximately 60,000 residents and has become a landmark residential community in Shanghai.
