For example, the rebar used in basement is 32mm, but for the storey is 25mm, so how to connect this two different size rebars? Such as one rebar is 32mm and the other is 25mm, then process thread on the forged bar end.
1. Peeling:The end of the reinforcing bar is peeled.
2.Roll threading:The peeled end of the reinforcing bar is then threaded by rolling.
3. JBCZ customized reducing coupler, 50% of the thread is 32mm, and the other 50% is 25mm to match the rebar size above.
4. to connect two rebars normally, the connection process can be finished within 35 seconds.
