The design standard of the Dubai Tower is to withstand a magnitude 6 earthquake (the local area is an area with few earthquakes on the earth). It can also remain stable in a strong wind of 55 meters per second (people working in the high-rise building cannot feel the impact of the strong wind at all). For steel bar connections, it is like an important part of the skeleton support in the human body. If the connection is not good, the construction of this high-rise building will encounter the biggest difficulty.
After receiving this request, our company has undergone on-site application tests and technological innovations by the technical department, engineering construction department, field service department, and many other personnel;
1) Adhere to the tensile strength higher than steel bars (hardness),
2) Adhere to fatigue test (dynamic control of steel bar connection)
